-It’s just us! Rob and Mark are owner project managers. Onsite attention to detail from an owner manager.

-Experience. We’ve both been General Contracting for 16 years.

-Our Team. Over 16 years we have developed loyal relationships with the best suppliers and craftsmen. (Best meaning exceptional quality work at a good value and also reliable, which is important for completing work on a schedule.)

-Our business model. The majority of our work is repeat business from Architects. That means our jobs are not one and done jobs. We care very much about customer satisfaction and long-term relationships for repeat business. When we are building an Architect designed home, we are very much aware that not only the quality of the end product but the process in which it is built are both of utmost importance.

-It’s just us! = Low overhead. No staff of 20 and an expensive office which means you don’t have to pay for it. We believe we can get you 10-15% more house for the money.

-Transparency. We operate on a 100% open book cost-plus-fee basis. This is all viewable on our software BuildTools. On BuildTools, the owners and architects can view at any time: budget, invoices, construction schedules, material selection status and material sign offs, and progress photos.
